Universal Compact Seat Slider Kit
The Trak Racer Universal Compact Seat Slider Kit is a durable, space-saving seat slider rail system designed for flight simulators, sim racing cockpits, driving simulators, gaming rigs, commercial training simulators, industrial seating applications, and custom cockpit builds.
Featuring a compact, low-profile design and a small adjustment handle, this universal seat slider kit gives you greater installation flexibility in setups where a traditional seat slider handle would interfere with flight controls, steering wheels, mounting brackets, pedal plates, cockpit frames, or centre-mounted accessories – making it a popular choice for centre-stick flight sim cockpits and tight sim racing seat mounts alike.
Since 2008, Trak Racer has engineered sim racing and flight simulation hardware to motorsport-grade standards, forming official partnerships with the Alpine F1 Team, Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team, Porsche, Hot Wheels, and Airbus Aircraft.

Key Features
A universal compact seat slider rail system built for tight cockpit spaces where a standard-size slider won’t fit.
A reduced-size handle avoids clashing with flight sticks, steering wheels, pedal plates, and other centre-mounted controls.
Secure single-locking pin holds your seat firmly in position once adjusted, front to back.
Built from steel rail and slider components for long-term durability under repeated adjustment and daily use.
Compact Slider Rails for More Applications
The small handle design gives this seat slider kit more flexibility across a wide range of simulator and seating applications. It’s especially useful for compact cockpit layouts, flight sim setups with centre-mounted joystick controls, aluminium profile (8020-style extrusion) rigs, and custom seat mounting projects where clearance around the seat rail is limited.
Universal Compatibility
Designed for flexible installation, the Universal Compact Seat Slider Kit is suitable for a wide range of simulator cockpits, seat mounts, and custom frames, including:
- Flight simulator cockpits
- Sim racing cockpits
- Driving simulator rigs
- Truck simulator setups
- Farming simulator rigs
- Gaming and training simulators
- Motion simulator platforms
- Aluminium profile / 8020 extrusion rigs
- Tubular simulator frames
- Custom seat mounting applications
Perfect for Flight Sim and Sim Racing
Whether you’re building a Microsoft Flight Simulator cockpit, DCS World setup, X-Plane simulator, iRacing rig, Assetto Corsa cockpit, Le Mans Ultimate simulator, rFactor 2 setup, truck simulator, farming simulator, or custom training rig, this compact seat slider kit lets you fine-tune your seating position for improved comfort, ergonomics, and control access.
The compact handle helps maximise available space around flight sticks, joystick mounts, steering wheels, pedal assemblies, shifters, handbrakes, motion systems, and other cockpit accessories – a common pain point for anyone running a centre-mounted flight stick or a tightly packaged sim racing seat mount. As a seat slider and seat rail upgrade with universal fitment, it’s a popular choice among sim racing accessories for anyone needing flight sim seat adjustment on 8020 extrusion rigs or tubular frame simulators.
